John Lithgow played his last performance on January 15 in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and BroadwayWorld was there to cover the fun. Next up? Jonathan Pryce.

Two-time Tony Award-winner John Lithgow gave his final performance as the star of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, which he's been in since the show opened on March 3, 2005. The show is is Mr. Lithgow's 18th Broadway outing, and he will be inducted into the Theater Hall of Fame of January 31st.

DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS opened on Broadway on March 3, 2005, at the Imperial Theatre. The show won the 2005 Drama League Award as Best Musical, and was nominated for 11 Tony Awards. With a book by Jeffrey Lane and music and lyrics by David Yazbek (The Full Monty) DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell. The musical is based on the 1988 MGM film.
