Emmy and Tony Award Winner Kristin Chenoweth and 'Today' Show co-host Katie Lee Gifford were honored at City of Hope's "Women of the Year" luncheon on April 26 at the Waldorf-Astoria.
Along with other honoree, fashion designer Heather Thomson, the womenwere awarded the most prestigious honor, City of Hope's The Spirit of Life Award for philanthropy and business achievements.
Hoda Kotb, Gifford's co-host on 'Today' presented Gifford with her award. Sean Hayes, Chenoweth's co-star in PROMISES, PROMISES presented Chenoweth her award.
The Women of the Year luncheon benefits lifesaving research, treatment and edication programs at City Of Hope. One of the nation's leaders in cancer research and treatment City of Hope has been working towards a cure for nearly 100 years.
