Photo Coverage: 2011 MCC MISCAST Gala - Danes, Dancy, Borle, Leo & More!

Host Andy Cohen joined honorary chairs Hugh Dancy, Claire Danes, David Duchovny and Téa Leoni for MCC's annual MISCAST Gala. This one-night-only musical spectacular featured Broadway's hottest stars performing songs from roles in which they would never be cast. All proceeds from Miscast 2011 provide general operating support for MCC Theater. BroadwayWorld was on hand for the event and brings you photo coverage below!

Attendees and performers included Christian Borle (Angels In America), Brian d'Arcy James (next to normal, Shrek), Ana Gasteyer ("SNL," Wicked), Kelsey Fowler (Sunday in the Park with George), Justin Guarini ("American Idol," American Idiot), Josh Henry (Scottsboro Boys, American Idiot), Alison Jaye Horowitz (Sunday in the Park with George), Laura Osnes (Anything Goes), Nicole Parker ("MadTV," Wicked), and Steven Pasquale (Intelligent Homosexual's Guide).

25th anniversary MISCAST honorees included Melissa Leo (recent Academy Award-winner for The Fighter), Jo Bonney, Patrick Breen, Charles Busch, Kathleen Chalfant, Veanne Cox, Rosemarie DeWitt, David Greenspan, Michael Grief, Judith Light, Joe Mantello, Elizabeth Marvel, Adina Porter, Connie Ray, Thomas Sadoski, Leigh Silverman, Lucy Thurber, Fred Weller and Michael Weller. Additional special guests included Eric Bogosian, Isaac Mizrahi and Bob Tuschman, MCC Artistic Directors, Robert LuPone and Bernard Telsey, William Cantler and Executive Director Blake West.
