A Chorus Line, the upcoming Broadway revival of the beloved Pulitzer Prize-winning musical, will begin previews at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 W. 45th St) Monday, September 18, and will open on Thursday, October 5. The show recently drew strong reviews when it played an out-of-town tryout at San Francisco's Curran Theatre.
Directed by its original Tony Award winning co-choreographer Bob Avian, A Chorus Line was conceived and originally choreographed and directed by Michael Bennett, and features a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban. Baayork Lee re-stages the original choreography. A Chorus Line is produced by John Breglio for Vienna Waits Productions.
The company features Ken Alan (Bobby), Brad Anderson (Don), Michael Berresse (Zach), Natalie Cortez (Diana), Charlotte D'Amboise (Cassie), Mara Davi (Maggie), Jessica Lee Goldyn (Val), Deidre Goodwin (Sheila), Tyler Hanes (Larry), James T.
