Photo Flash: Sanjaya Malakar & Remy Zaken Join FRECKLEFACE STRAWBERRY!

Sanjaya Malakar, who was introduced to America in 2006 as a Finalist on Season 6 of "American Idol", made his New York stage debut in the off-Broadway hit family musical FRECKLEFACE STRAWBERRY at New World Stages on February 23. He took his first bows alongside SPRING AWAKENING alum Remy Zaken, who joined the cast on February 4th. 

FRECKLEFACE STRAWBERRY is based on the popular best-selling children's book by actress Julianne Moore. The show features music and lyrics by Gary Kupper with book by Kupper and Rose Caiola. Direction is by Buddy Crutchfield with choreography by Gail Pennington Crutchfield. MMAC Productions presents.
