Photo Flash: Jim Caruso’s Cast Party at the Mayne Stage in Chicago

Oh April 10, MSG Productions presented the Manhattan mainstay, "Jim Caruso's Cast Party" at the Mayne Stage in Chicago. This was the first time the Birdland-based open mic traveled to the Windy City, and by the looks of the packed house, not the last!
For the past eight years, Jim Caruso has hosted Cast Party, an impromptu mix of live performance and cocktail party revelry, where showbiz superstars, stunning jazz talents and cabaret glitterati hit the stage alongside up-and-comers. This year, Jim and musical director Billy Stritch have hit the road, celebrating the local talent in Austin, Pittsburgh, Provincetown, and ten appearances in Los Angeles. In February of this year, Caruso and Stritch hosted an all-star Cast Party at The Town Hall in NYC, benefitting Broadway Cares, joined by Liza Minnelli, Chita Rivera, Larry Gatlin, Lucie Arnaz, Hinton Battle and Karen Ziemba, among many others.
