Yesterday there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony at HERE Arts Center. On hand to celebrate the new building were HERE co-founder/Artistic Director Kristin Marting, HERE Producing Director Kim Whitener, and Commissioner of the Department of Cultural Affairs Kate Levin.
