Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Artistic Director) present Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming world premiere of Daniel Goldfarb's play CRADLE AND ALL directed by Tony nominee Sam Buntrock. The two-person cast will feature Tony nominee Maria Dizzia (In The Next Room, or The Vibrator Play; The Drunken City) and Greg Keller (33 Variations in Los Angeles, The Seagull at CSC).
CRADLE AND ALL is the new title of the play that had previously been announced under the title of The Extinction Method.
The limited engagement of CRADLE AND ALL will start previews Tuesday, May 10 and open Wednesday, May 25 at Manhattan Theatre Club at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street).

The creative team for CRADLE AND ALL includes: Neil Patel (scenic design), Mattie Ullrich (costume design), Ken Billington (lighting design), and Jill BC DuBoff (sound design).
Mandy Greenfield, MTC's Artistic Producer, is teaming up with Daniel Goldfarb on their fourth world premiere production together with CRADLE AND ALL. In her new capacity at MTC, Greenfield collaborates with Lynne Meadow on all artistic policy and takes the lead in programming and executing the work at MTC's Off-Broadway Stage I at New York City Center. MTC's production of THE WHIPPING MAN by Matthew Lopez marked Greenfield's first production as Artistic Producer.
MTC's 2011 spring Broadway season at the Samuel J. Friedman includes the critically acclaimed world premiere of David Lindsay-Abaire's GOOD PEOPLE directed by Daniel Sullivan and Sierra Boggess and Tyne Daly in a new production of Terrence McNally's MASTER CLASS directed by Stephen Wadsworth. In addition to CRADLE AND ALL, MTC's Off-Broadway spring season includes the New York premiere of Matthew Lopez's THE WHIPPING MAN directed by Doug Hughes, which will end its limited engagement at New York City Center - Stage I on Sunday, April 10.
