Photo Flash: First Look at Geoffrey Rush, Hugh Sheridan and More in Australian's FORUM

Geoffrey Rush leads John Frost's production of Sondheim's A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM, which is currently running in Melbourne at Her Majesty's Theatre for twelve weeks. The show is directed by Simon Phillips. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the production shots below.

 

Joining Rush (The Diary of a Madman, Exit the King, "Shine") is Michael Butel as Hysterium, Shane Bourne as Senex, Hugh Sheridan as Hero, Christie Whelan as Philia, Adam Murphy as Miles Gloriosus, Bob Hornery as Erronius, Magda Szubanski as Domina and Gerry Connolly as Marcus Lycus.

The costume and set design is by Gabriela Tylesova, choreography by Andrew Hallsworth, musical direction by Matthew Frank and musical supervision by Guy Simpson. John Frost, who produced the Australian productions of Wicked, Phantom of the Opera and Chicago, is producing the Melbourne production.
