Photo Flash: Broadway Workshop Presents Return of LEGALLY BLONDE to NYC

This past May, Broadway Workshop presented Legally Blonde: The Musical at The Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater in New York City, marking the first NYC production of Legally Blonde since the 2007 Broadway production. Check out photos from the show below!

Legally Blonde: The Musical is the award-winning Broadway sensation based on the hit movie of the same name, with music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, book by Heather Hatch. Based on the novel by Amanda Brown, Legally Blonde tells the story of Elle Woods, a California sorority girl who follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School in hopes of proving she’s “serious” and winning back his love.

Broadway Workshop's production was made up of over 50 young actors who were divided into two casts lead by Liana Costable and Broadway's Marissa O'Donnell (Annie, Shrek) sharing the role of Elle Woods.
