Photo Coverage: Butley Opening Night

Tony Award-winner />Nathan Lane/> (The Odd Couple, The Producers, Guys and Dolls) stars in the Broadway revival of Simon Gray's play Butley, which opened on October 25th for a limited engagement through January 14th, 2007.

The cast also includes Julian Ovenden/>, />/>Dana Ivey/>, Pamela Gray/>, Roderick Hill, />/>Darren Pettie/> and />/>Jessica Stone/>. The show is directed by Nicholas Martin. Butley is "Simon Gray's devastatingly funny play about a college professor who faces losing his wife and his lover in one day. Armed with a cigarette in one hand and a bottle of Scotch in the other, Ben Butley puts his acid wit to work as he fights a last-ditch battle for their affection and for his own sanity," according to press notes.

As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of 'GREASE'. His Journey to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night. Meeting, photographing and getting to know the cast inspired him to spend his professional life doing what he loved.
