Paper Mill Assembles Committee for Management Employment
The Paper Mill Playhouse Board of Trustees has announced the formation of a search committee to select top leadership to oversee the artistic and management operations of the Theatre. The search committee is conducting a thorough and national search for theater industry leaders who have a vision for Paper Mill Playhouse's future.
Selected to chair the search committee is long-time board member Carolyn Ferolito. "I am excited to lead this group on a search for the most able, talented and forward-looking leaders. At this time the committee's task is to develop a broad and deep pool of strong candidates," says Ferolito. Other search committee members include: Charles A. Pascarella (Pascarella Group at A.G. Edwards), Robert Szerlip (Executive Vice President, Szerlip & Company), Steven Tasher (VP and General Counsel, Wyeth). Paper Mill Playhouse Board of Trustees Chair Kenneth Hunter Thorn (Encore Legal Solutions) will serve as an Ex-Officio member of the search committee.
The search committee is seeking input from leaders in the theater industry who have a strong institutional vision to take Paper Mill to the next level. The Paper Mill Playhouse Board of Trustees view this leadership transition as an opportunity to encourage open dialogue with suitable candidates with a deep understanding of the not-for-profit regional theater industry. This broad-based effort will involve all Paper Mill's constituencies in an open and transparent process that will begin to define the future of Paper Mill Playhouse.
