Pacha NYC Presents Paul Oakenfold, Laidback Luke, Erick Morillo July 4th Weekend

We can think of no better way to celebrate our country's birthday then with a series of very special events at the country's best nightclub. After the daytime BBQ's and poolside sessions are over make your way to the confines of Pacha NYC for a weekend worth of evening celebrations with some of the world's best DJ's. The festivities kick off on Friday, July 2nd with the one and only Perfecto main man Paul Oakenfold making his triumphant return to New York, then on Saturday, Dutch superstar DJ in the making Laidback Luke brings his renowned Super You&Me party to Pacha NYC with chart topping special guests Wolfgang Gartner and Gina Turner. The weekend closes out with a bang on Sunday July 4th with a special celebration by the man himself, Erick Morillo as he returns to his much beloved New York home to take an always eager crowd on a Subliminal sonic journey.

Long been hailed as the world's most successful DJ, Paul Oakenfold has seen and done it all in the world of dance music and beyond. From his role in establishing the island of Ibiza as a clubbing capital to heading the renowned Perfecto brand, Paul has been an instrumental figure in the history of the scene for over two decades. He was single handedly responsible for the commercially successful DJ Mix with his Tranceport and Another World compilations and has recently gained mainstream success with Grammy nominated artist albums like Bunkka and A Lively Mind. Dusseldorf, Miami, Amsterdam, London.. Super You&Me is conquering every major city.. and now it is time for Super You&Me to invade The Big Apple. On Saturday, July 3rd the equally famous as infamous Pacha New York will be turned upside down and inside out. In the fight for stupid fun on the dancefloor, Laidback Luke is joined by none other then Wolfgang Gartner and Gina Turner for a special Super You&Me Captain America Special!!

Gina Turner, Luke's "Nouveaux Yorican" partner in crime will kick off the event. Originally hailing from New York, Gina grew up with the NYC House Sounds. She has caught the attention of Luke, Zoo Brazil, Switch, Junior Sanchez, Drop the Lime & many heavy hitting producers and with that comes collaborations that are legendary. Gina's recent collaboration with Laidback Luke under the name of "Nouveau Yorican" can be described as "Latin inspired shuffle tech house" and are released on labels as Sound Pellegrino and Luke's own Mixmash Records.

Especially flown in with his jetpack from Austin Texas, Wolfgang Gartner will pick it up where Gina leaves off. Wolfgang's international breakthrough was a fact after releasing Wolfgang's 5th Symphony but he was already continuing to break records with his massive impact on the Beatport charts for the past year.
