PHOTO FLASH: Times Square Visitors Enjoying a New Kind Of XXX

As reported by BroadwayWorld, earlier this month Times Square Arts and J. Mayer H. announced a new art installation for the Broadway Pedestrian Plaza between 43rd and 44th Streets.
"xx Times Square With Love" has a name that recalls the days when, in 1970s and 80s, Times Square was a dangerous area, with many of the great theatres of 42nd Street showing porno movies advertised with the fictitious rating xx.
But this new family friendly installation consists of three X-shaped outdoor loungers custom designed for Times Square, each of which can accommodate up to four people who can use them to take a break from midtown's hectic pace. #TSqxx has been designated as the official social media hashtag to share selfies and other photos taken from "xx TIMES SQUARE WITH LOVE" and, as seen in the posts below, visitors have been taking full advantage of them.
