Noble Fool Theatricals Invites Community to Inaugural Fundraising Event

By:

Noble Fool Theatricals, the premier professional theater in the Fox Valley area, is proud to announce its inaugural fundraiser that will support the students in their Performing Arts Academy. In addition, the organization recently announced that on January 1, 2011, Noble Fool will become Fox Valley Repertory; a name that represents the community they have grown their mission, vision, patron base, and academy students around.

In celebration of the growth and success of the Performing Arts Academy, Noble Fool Theatricals cordially invites all ages to dress up and attend their Masquerade Ball on October 22nd in the New Orleans Ballroom at Pheasant Run Resort from 6-10pm. There will be dinner, music, entertainment, a raffle, silent auction and much more. Ticket prices are $60 for adults and $30 for students (under 18). A special family price of $150 includes tickets for 2 adults and 2 students.

"For our inaugural fundraiser, we want to bring together patrons, parents, and students to celebrate the growth of our organization and our commitment to the community. The event is a casual way for all our supporters to share an evening and create an experience with each other," said Development Manager Scott Piner. "For the raffle and silent auction, items have been donated by Walt Disney World, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago White Sox, the Second City, and local organizations such as State Street Jewelers. And we're fortunate to have entertainment by comedian John DaCosse."

The NFT Performing Arts Academy is a non-profit organization and features some of the Chicago area's most respected teachers, directors, actors and musicians. It is home to over 1,000 local youth students and offers the most extensive curriculum in the Fox Valley area: classes, camps, workshops, youth ensemble productions, and internship/apprenticeship programs. Since 2006, the Performing Arts Academy has had over 2,000 student enrollments, over 100 Youth Ensemble performances, used over 600 costumes, and provided over 50 student scholarships.

Ticket purchases and donations can be made online at www.noblefool.org/masquerade or mail your check made payable to Noble Fool Theatricals to 4052 E. Main St. St. Charles, IL 60174. RSVP by October 8, 2010. To purchase tickets by phone or for more information, please call 630/443-0438. Pheasant Run Resort is located at 4051 E. Main St., St. Charles, IL.
