Natalie Toro, Doreen Montalvo, et al. Set for Cabaret Cares at the Laurie Beechman, 12/11
Cabaret Cares, the two time MAC Award and Bistro Award winning series, returns December 11th for the final performance of 2011.
The series, which benefits Help Is On The Way Today - a non for profit organization that helps and assists children living with HIV and AIDS in New York City - finishes its 2011 run with an evening of holiday songs called Holiday Duets.
Holiday Duets will take place at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd Street). There is a $15 Cover plus please bring a gift or toy for child between the ages of 2-18. To make reservations call 212-695-6909.
Holiday Duets will feature some of the most talented people from Broadway and Off Broadway. The evening will feature Natalie Toro (Tale Of Two Cities, Les Mis, Cats); Danny Bolero (In the Heights); Doreen Montalvo (In The Heights); Liz McKendry (The Producers); David Foley Jr (Shrek The Musical); Alison Nusbaum (Girl Talk The Musical); and a special guest appearance by Samara Ehrlich (2011 METROSTAR RUNNER UP). MAC Award winner Tracy Stark musical directs.
Doors open at 6:15 and showtime is 7pm.
