NCTC Closes 'How Lucky Can You Get' 9/11
NCTC presents How Lucky Can You Get? Darlene Popovic sings Kander & Ebb. Directed by F. Allen Sawyer with Musical Direction by Joe Wicht. The show runs August 26 - September 11, 2010, Thursday through Saturday at 8pm in NCTC's Theatre 3. Opening Night/Press Night is on Friday, August 27th. All performances will take place at The New Conservatory Theatre Center, located at 25 Van Ness Ave. near Market St. in San Francisco, 94102. Tickets range from $20 - $28 and are available at the NCTC Box Office (415) 861 8972, or online at www.nctcsf.org.
How Lucky Can You Get? Darlene Popovic sings Kander & Ebb brings together San Francisco stage veteran, Popovic with musical director Joe Wicht and director F. Allen Sawyer. In addition to popular numbers from Cabaret and Chicago, Popovic will also perform songs from Kander & Ebb's lesser known shows such as The Act, The Rink, and The Happy Time. A long-time favorite with Bay Area audiences, Popovic brings her unique brand of comedy and song to NCTC for the summer cabaret series.
