The beautiful thing about marriage is how well your spouse knows you. The most painful part of marriage is how well your spouse knows you. FIFTY WORDS is a raw & beautiful exploration of a modern marriage. Taking place in a single pivotal night, the first that Jan & Adam have spent alone together since the birth of their nine-year-old son, FIFTY WORDS was originally produced in 2008, in New York City.

BOB JESSER is a native Chicagoan who has appeared in film television & theatre, as well as numerous national television commercials. His theatre credits include Savage in Limbo, The Grey Zone & Foaming at the Mouth (one-man show). He has recently been seen on television starring in the Disney movie "Lemonade Mouth," "Law & Order: SVU," "Rescue Me," "Mercy," "Private Practice," "The Good Wife," "Leverage" & "In Plain Sight." Fifty Words marks his first major theatre appearance in New York City.

JENNIFER SILVERMAN was born & raised in Calgary, Alberta, where she started acting in local theatre productions. While living in Vancouver, British Columbia, she started working in film, television, commercials & voice-overs, before moving to New York. Jennifer's favorite roles include Rhonda Louise in Women of Manhattan & Josie Braymore, a character she created for The Soft Revolution, an experimental film that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2007. Jennifer has also done voice work on over 50 television shows & films & can be seen on "Jon Benjamin Has a Van," on Comedy Central.

Director JASON BRUFFY has worked all over the country both regionally & in New York City, directing & producing over 50 productions to date. Among the companies he has worked with are Off-Broadway's Soho Rep (Associate Producer, Obie Award winner Born Bad) & Ensemble Studio Theatre (Resident Director); regional companies Interact Theatre (PA), Orlando Shakespeare Theatre (FL), Florida Studio Theatre (Assoc. Artist), Salt Lake Acting Company (Artistic Director), Know Theatre of Cincinnati (Artistic Director), Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company & Wayside Theatre (VA). He is also the founding producer of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival.
