Matt Deangelis, Samantha Massell and More Set for BROADWAY SESSIONS, 2/28

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

This Thursday, February 28th Broadway Sessions will celebrate "Broadway Bad Boys and 1 Very Good Girl", featuring performances by Broadway vets Matt DeAngelis, Walter WInston O'Neil. Derek Ferguson, Samantha Massell and more.

Matt DeAngelis has appeared in the Broadway, West End and national companies of Hair. He has also appeared in the national touring production of American Idiot. Walter Winston O'Neil has appeared on Broadway in A Tale of Two Cities and Wicked (original cast). Derek Ferguson has appeared on Broadway in Frank Wildhorn's Wonderland. He has also appeared in Las Vegas in the Queen musical We Will Rock You. Samantha Massell has appeared in La Boheme (Baz Lurman, director).

The evening will also feature performances by singer/actor Antonio Addeo. An open mic party follows the show till 2 am.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 West 42nd Street (corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue). 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10:30 pm with showtime at 11pm and musical theater open mic party goes til 2 am. $5 drink specials all night. $5 cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
