Marvelous Wonderettes Releases Cast Recording on 11/11

The Marvelous Wonderettes Original Cast Recording will be released by PS Classics, the label dedicated to the heritage ofBroadway and American popular song. The recording session will take place on Thursday,September 18. The CD will be produced by Grammy® Award-winning producer Jeffrey Lesserand is slated for release on November 11.

The Marvelous Wonderettes began performancesat the Westside Theatre on August 29, and had its official Opening Night on Sunday,September 14.Written and directed by Roger Bean, The Marvelous Wonderettes is a cotton-candy colorednon-stop pop musical comedy featuring the iconic sounds of the fifties and beyond. Journey back tothe 1958 Springfield High School prom where the Wonderettes - Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy andSuzy - are four young girls with hopes and dreams as big as their crinoline skirts.
