Marc Shaiman Announces BOMBSHELL Sing-Along at CD Signing Tomorrow

NBC and Columbia Records will release the soundtrack for Bombshell, the musical within NBC's Golden Globe-nominated series television hit "SMASH" (Tuesdays, 10-11pm ET), will be released on February 12.

In celebration of the release, Tony and Grammy-award winning music creators Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman will participate in a meet-and-greet album signing at the NBC Experience Store in Rockefeller Plaza on Wednesday, February 13 at 5:30pm. also, it was just announced that Megan Hilty will join the duo for the special event!

Marc Shaiman just announced on Facebook:

'I will be at the piano, my partner Scott Wittman will be right there, and I will be ready and eager to play any song from our musical "BOMBSHELL". Anyone who knows one of the Season Two songs now available on the BOMBSHELL CD will win...well, will win my eternal thanks and admiration!'

Bombshell will contain 22 original songs that make up the Broadway-caliber cast recording of the musical, complete with liner notes detailing the plot of Bombshell. The soundtrack features stars Katherine McPhee (Karen), Megan Hilty ( Ivy Lynn ), and other cast members performing the original music created for the show's musical-within-a-musical by Tony and Grammy award-winning duo Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman
