Arthur Miller's classic tale of paranoia and insecurity realizes its full hysterical effect in a stark remounting at Manhattan Theatre Source. From the moment audiences enter the historic space at 177 MacDougal St, they will be immersed in the vivid atmosphere of the play. Soundscape and shadow as well as visual art displays will draw the audience into the world of the play: 1950s McCarthy-era America, manifesting as 1690s Salem...and whenever else an overwhelming fear of
the other might have driven ordinary people to take extreme actions. Experience the Source as never before.

Join the producers and cast for a ‘Burns' Night' Party on January 25th to give them some Scotch courage to take them into the puritanical depths of The Crucible.

Press preview night is Tuesday January 26th before opening on the 27th and running Tuesdays through Thursdays until February 11th.

Tickets are available through Theatermania at theatermania.com or on 866 811 4111 for $18

Performances are 27 January at 8pm, with performances Tuesdays through Thursdays until February 11th.

Manhattan Theatre Source is located at 177 MacDougal Street between West 8th and Waverly, north of Washington Square Park, round the corner from West 8th Street subway.
