Maltz Jupiter Theatre's Guild Pledges Donation To Theatre And Its Conservatory
By: Reynard Loki
The Maltz Jupiter Theatre’s Guild, founded seven years ago, announces a pledge of $21,200 to the Theatre’s Conservatory of Performing Arts (COPA). This pledge donation is made with a purpose to underwrite an extensive “wish list” for the Theatre. Some of the items are a digital sound board, a major piece of theatrical equipment that will be used in all productions, two stage platforms, custom cabinets for the hearing-impaired assistive devices and plants for the lobby. In addition the pledge donation will also fund a COPA production. The Guild presented the check to Tricia Trimble, the Theatre's Managing Director on Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
On behalf of the Theatre's Guild, Betty Pierson, Guild President; Eileen Weissmann, Vice President; Lucy Ferris, Secretary; Jim D’Amelio, Treasurer; Paulette Latrecchia, Director; Lennie Parrillo, Director; and Jim Reichardt, Director, presented the donation of $21,200 to Tricia Trimble and Andrew Kato of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre.
