Mad Cow Theatre Co. Presents COMPANY, 9/10

Mad Cow Theatre Company begins their 14th season with the Stephen Sondheim/George Furth musical COMPANY, running September 10 - October 17.  

A hilarious portrayal of five married couples - as seen through the eyes of perpetual bachelor Robert, COMPANY deals with fear of commitment, settling down, growing up, and determining what's next.

This landmark musical comedy ushered in the modern musical era, and was awarded six Tonys in 1971, including Best Musical, for its innovative approach. It features a brilliant, energetic, quintessentially Sondheim score, as a cast of 14 examines questions surrounding love, commitment and marriage. 40 years after the Broadway premiere, at a time when society is still passing laws and re-examining what marriage means, this hip, sexy show remains as relevant and razor-sharp as ever.

Mad Cow Theatre is one of Orlando's most respected professional theatre companies presenting compelling works of theatre for a wide-range of audiences, with a passion for both classic and contemporary plays and musicals representing the best of American and World literature.

COMPANY plays Thursdays - Sundays from September 10 - Ocotber 17, with Special Preview Performances on September 8 and September 9 at 7:30pm, tickets $10.

Community Giving Night is Thursday, September 16. Twenty percent of individual ticket sales for this night will benefit Equality Florida.
