Premiering on Opening Night at the SXSW Festival earlier this month, Duncan Jones's Source Code has been met with praise and accolades from critics and audiences alike. A Hitchcockian thriller with a science-fiction premise and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, and Vera Farmiga, the film will be shown at Museum of the Moving Image on Friday, March 25, 7:30 p.m. in a special preview screening followed by a discussion with Jones. Source Code will be shown in DCP courtesy of Summit Entertainment.

Tickets are $15 for the public, $10 for Museum members (free for Silver Screen level and above). Advance tickets are available by calling 718 777 6800.

Catherine Shoard in The Guardian described Source Code as "a tale of mistaken identities and mysterious dames, strange agencies and impromptu heroics-an unabashed entertainment, moving, amusing, difficult to resist." An exploration in the psychology of identity, Source Code follows Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal), a soldier who wakes up in the body of a different man and discovers that he is part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train.

Duncan Jones is a new British filmmaker whose debut science-fiction film Moon garnered critical acclaim and a devoted following in 2009. The conversation with Jones following the screening of Source Code (2011, 103 mins) will be moderated by Chief Curator David Schwartz.

Source Code opens in theaters April 1, released by Summit Entertainment.
