MITF Presents A TASTE OF CHOCOLATE, 7/30 & 8/5

In Association with Midtown InterNational Theatre Festival, up-and-coming playwright Timothy Ware has put together a delicious piece of work that blends spoken word with rhythm and music to tell the story of Kofi, a young African American beat-poet, who's determined to take his gift beyond the Alabama state lines and straight into stardom. With musical contributions by American Idol's Anwar Robinson and some of hip hop's finest choreography, A Taste of Chocolate is guaranteed to satisfy.
There are only 2 performances remaining of this spectacular production: July 30 at 8:30 PM and August 5 at 6:45 PM.
