Larry Hamilton to Perform Solo at Laurie Beechman Sept 13 - 14
Larry Hamilton, who was most recently seen on stage at Joe's Pub with Our Lady J's Gospel for the Godless, will offer his debut solo concert performance next week. Larry Hamilton: Let Yourself Go will play two shows at the Laurie Beechman Theater on September 13 and 14. Both shows at 9:30PM. Special Guest Appearances by Michael Buchanan (Crybaby) and Sal Sabella (Kristina, Phantom of the Opera). Brad Greer, Blythe Gruda (Kristina, Of Thee I Sing), and Hollis Scarborough (Hairspray, Lunch, The Girlfriend) on backup vocals. Percy Rodriguez (drums) and Rick Bertone (Avenue Q, On the Record) will accompany.
Larry Hamilton has also been seen Off Broadway as Charlie Brown in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Captain Louie. Other credits include Rated RSO: The Music and Lyrics of Ryan Scott Oliver Preview, The Mystery of King Tut (Tut), Jesus Christ Superstar, Jekyll & Hyde, Weird Romance, Dreamgirls, Amahl and the Night Visitors.
