LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE Opens 2/8 at the Gem Theatre
Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, an intimate collection of stories covering some of life's most poignant moments and their corresponding wardrobe, is set to open this Wednesday at Detroit's historic Gem Theatre and continue through Sunday, March 4. The evening of vignettes, which is based on the best-selling book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman as well as personal reminiscences from the Ephrons and their friends, will feature a cast of five powerful actresses. The Detroit cast includes Emily Dorsch (In the Next Room), Daisy Eagan (The Secret Garden), Sonia Manzano (Sesame Street), Emmy Award-winner Loretta Swit (M*A*S*H), and Myra Lucretia Taylor (Nine).
Performance times for LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, appearing Feb. 8 - March 4, 2012 at the Gem Theatre, located at 333 Madison Ave, in Detroit, are:
- Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday evening performances at 6:00 p.m.
