Reprise Theatre Company's artistic director Jason Alexander and board president Barbara Fodor recently wrote a letter to their subscribers announcing upcoming events at RTC. Check out what they had to say beow!

Though it has been some time since we last communicated, we are pleased to be back in touch and let you know that good things are happening at the Reprise Theatre Company. When you last heard from us you were informed that we were taking a self-imposed hiatus to assure no future debt or obligation. The financial model under which we were operating was unsustainable and as difficult as it was we made the responsible decision to stand back and examine our circumstances carefully. We sincerely thank you for your patience with us during this reorganization.

Weare pleased to say that behind the scenes we are working toward a rebirth of Reprise that is responsible, artistically renewed, and moving ahead steadily.

We have hired veteran theatre executive Stephen Eich to help us chart a strong and vital future for the company. Stephen was the Managing Director of the Geffen Playhouse for 8 years and most recently, as its Executive Director, led the financial turnaround of the Pasadena Playhouse. He comes with first hand knowledge ofproducing, financial management, and business skills. Weare confident that he is a strong addition to our organization.

Right after the first of the year you will hear from us again as we unveil some of the new ideas that we are exploring. These ideas include the examination of new and unique venues for our musical performances, programming that is far more diverse and engaging, and many options on how to become part of the new Reprise.

The one thing that you can be sure of is that we will be back and providing our audiences with theatre experiences that thrill, delight, inspire, and entertain in ways you will not see anywhere else. And we can't wait to bring it to you!
