BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net, is continuously striving to bring you the most comprehensive coverage of all things theater happening around the world - and we couldn't do this without our dedicated and talented team of interns and contributors!

If you're a reader of our site but have always wanted to contribute in a different way, why not consider an internship or contributor position? BWW offers positions to fit all types of skills and interests, including tech internships, newsdesk, contributing editor opportunities and more! Check out the current opportunities below and get in touch with us to learn more!

Due to high demand, some positions may fill up quickly. Should this happens, your application will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens up. You may also be offered an internship in an area with a higher need for support and then moved to a different opportunity.

Tech Interns Wanted!

If you're a tech-savvy theater enthusiast with a few hours to spare, we have the ideal internship for you! BWW is now accepting applications for new interns to help grow our regional show listings in our over 130 markets! As part of your internship, you will be assigned one or more regions to oversee and will be responsible for online research, reaching out to regional theater companies at the community and professional level, and inputting current and upcoming show listings into our database.

Online research skills, database or data entry experience are a must. Training and ongoing support will be provided. Contact Romina at romi@broadwayworld.com to apply.

Newsdesk Interns Wanted!

Applicants interested in joining the Newsdesk team should be industry enthusiasts and have an interest in learning about news editing and website content management. No journalism experience is necessary -- we'll teach you everything you need to know -- although excellent writing skills is essential. Applicants must also be able to multi-task and write quickly.

Responsibilities include: Assisting with the editing and posting of press release stories, Drafting original pieces under the direction of the News Editor, and Online and social media research.

Seeking Editors to Head Up Coverage!

BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a Contributing Editor, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.

All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Your compensation as a featured writer with us not only includes exclusive press seats to all of the shows you cover (as is standard in your area and arranged between you and the theater) but also the opportunity to be published under your own byline and publishing profile on both the local and main pages of the site for maximum exposure to our 4M+ monthly visitors.

If this sounds like you, please send a resumé and one writing sample to Christina Mancuso at christina@broadwayworld.com.
