Recently, Jodie Foster sat down to talk with aintitcool.com and spoke about her current project, the GOD OF CARNAGE film.

Kate Winslet and Jodi Foster will star in the film adaptation of Yasmina Reza's Tony-winning play, God Of Carnage, to be directed by Roman Polanski. Inglorious Basterd's Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly will play their spouses.  Matt Dillon is also part of the cast. Reza has adapted her original script for the screen alongside Polanski. Though the film is set in Brooklyn, New York, the 12-week filming will begin in Paris in February due to Polanski's legal troubles in the US.

French producer SBS and Constantin Film of Germany are co-producing the project.

Quint, of aintitcool.com, asked the actress how the film is coming together. Foster answered, "I think the greatest thing about it is how much fun the four actors are having with each other."

She also explained that, "It is just in one house, one room, all in real time and I think that's what interested Roman was keeping it in real time. You don't even go to the bathroom, it's all in real time, and I think the relationship between the four of us is just we are all madly in love with each other is pretty funny. We are all very different people, I mean Kate [Winslet] is so different from John [C. Reilly] and Christoph [Waltz] and we spend every minute together and we have a Little Room on the set that's our Little Room where we go in and we talk about people and sometimes we will be asleep in the bed like three of us will be asleep in the bed and then one person will be on the chair waiting for the shot and it's been great. It's like a little family."

Foster also said the she things the film will be released in Europe around September and "all of the other releases from September to December."
