Honoring the important contributions of longtime JCCA Trustees and volunteers Jay and Terri Bialsky and Stephen and Lory Gilberg, Jewish Child Care Association's Celebration of Hope: A Cocktail Reception to Benefit Children and Families will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd starting at 6:30 p.m. at Capitale, 130 Bowery in New York City. The event supportsthe work of JCCA, one of the nation's oldest child and family services agencies. Actress Vanessa Williams and Senator Charles Schumer are among the members of the Honorary Benefit Committee.

Jewish Child Care Association provides a host of services to a rainbow of ethnic groups without regard to race or creed including 16,000 at-risk children and families who have been neglected or abused, immigrant families and those building new lives. These services include foster care, mental health and preventive services, residential treatment programs, services to recent immigrants, education, early childhood services, special needs programs and adoption.

According to Richard Altman, CEO of JCCA, "This will be a special and memorable evening to support our mission that every child deserves to grow up hopeful."
