When Pop Icon Michael Jackson put his stamp of approval on Larry Hart's award winning, critically acclaimed musical, "Sisterella", he probably would have never imagined his young nephew TJ Jackson would one day grow up to star in the role that was originally developed for him. When TJ Jackson steps into the role of Prince Jean Luc, he will be fulfilling part of his famous uncle's Legacy to American theater. Sisterella, was originally developed by it's author Larry Hart at MJJ Music, with Jackson in mind to play the Prince. "We were going through Sisterella archives a few weeks ago and found those original Costume sketches for Michael" Hart said, "it was a surreal, bittersweet moment. Michael loved Sisterella, and at the time was looking for a creative role in Theater.

TJ, Jerry Greenberg, Frank Dileo and I look forward to carrying on Michael's legacy in Sisterella." TJ added, his Grandmother, Katherine Jackson, is very excited as well for TJ to have the opportunity to star in Sisterella and follow in her legendary son's foot steps.

As to pop Icon Taylor Dayne, most people know her best for her top ten worldwide platinum selling hit songs which include "Tell it to my heart", "I'll always love you", "Love will lead you back" and "With every beat of my heart". What some might not remember is when Dayne's career was first taking off, she was the opening act for the US portion of Michael Jackson's Bad tour.

When Taylor Dayne takes the stage in the starring role of the couture clad evil stepmothers to end all evil stepmothers, Dahlia, it won't just be her hit records, adoring fans or association to Jackson that got her the role. Ms. Dayne is an accomplished actress who starred on Broadway in Tim Rice & Elton John's "Aida," and numerous guest star and starring roles in television shows and series.

Sisterella is being Executive Produced and presented by Music Business Impresarios, Jerry Greenberg & Frank Dileo, both Michael Jackson associates. Greenberg was president for 11 years of Jackson's jointly owned record label with Sony Music, MJJ Music, and Dileo was the pop Icon's manager. Greenberg and Jackson Executive Produced the original production of Sisterella and Michael Jackson presented.

Hart, who is a 4 time Grammy Award nominee and Grammy Award winning recording artist/composer, penned Book, Music & Lyrics. In this updated version which has a planned opening in Los Angeles in April/May, 2011, with additional cities being planned, Managing Partner Mark Lamica shares Producer credits with Quincy Krashna & Larry Hart.

Larry Hart's Sisterella, holds the unique and singular distinction of being the only musical project ever financed, Executive Produced or Presented by Michael Jackson that was not a project of his creation.

In it's first incarnation, Sisterella opened in Los Angeles to rave reviews, box office breaking records, received 12 NAACP Theater Nominations and won 8 NAACP Theater Awards including Best Play, Best Director and Best Choreographer. In the European leg of it's tour, Sisterella once again received critical acclaim, was voted "Show of the Decade" by European Theater Fans, and broke all box office records.

NAACP Theater Award winning Choreographer Raymond G. Del Barrio joins Hart and the new creative team as Choreographer and co-Director.
