JC Alvarez's New Radio Show OUT LOUD & LIVE! Airs Fridays from XL Nightclub

Whether you've had the pleasure to meet him or not, you've most likely read or listened to his work. Born and raised in New York City, journalist JC Alvarez has been entertaining the city and the nation with his thought-provoking yet, off-the-cuff amusing interviews and pop-culture commentary. Working as the Nightlife Editor for the nation-wide favorite gay publication, Edge on the Net for three years, he has recently started a side project radio show, Out Loud & Live! with JC Alvarez.

Broadcasted from XL Nightclub, Cabaret & Lounge each week, Out Loud & Live! with JC Alvarez airs every Friday night at 9PM EST on Modern World Radio (www.modernworldradio.com). The show, which is still in its baby stages, is already averaging around 2,000 listeners per week. Already well known in the entertainment industry for his well-written articles, Alvarez takes it to the next level bringing listeners one hell of a show with his quirky antics and attention-grabbing questions. Some of his guests this year have included Chaz Bono, Janice Dickinson, Mike Ruiz, Pop Vocalists Deborah Cox, Martha Wash and Cece Peniston, emerging artists Early Morning Rebel and Penguin Prison, the casts of RuPaul's Drag Race and many more.

Always on the move, JC Alvarez has worked hard to become the writer, producer and personality that he is today. He continues to co-host/produce the monthly live local access/internet show, Talking About on QPTV, syndicating in Manhattan Public Access television. Working as the Nightlife Editor for Edge On The Net, Alvarez reports on celebrity and nightlife culture for the widely circulated internet publication.

As well as this, he continues to cover the red carpet and go behind-the-scenes as a segment producer for HBO. He doesn't stop there, though. Alvarez has also been spotted on the red carpet as a correspondent for the entertainment news e-site, StarCAM. His most recent project, Out Loud & Live! With JC Alvarez, which he produces and is the force behind, has been a success growing steadily with new eager listener each week.
