Inskip Lexus Sponsors PPAC's 2009/2010 Contemporary Classics Series

J.L. "Lynn" Singleton, President of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), is pleased to announce that Inskip Lexus is the sponsor of PPAC's 2009/2010 Contemporary Classics Series.

Singleton said, "PPAC is pleased to welcome Inskip Lexus as our Contemporary Classics Series sponsor; they are an outstanding partner and their support helps PPAC to bring three fantastic shows to Rhode Island. We're looking forward to working with Inskip Lexus on this wonderful series!"

The Inskip Lexus Contemporary Classics Series opens with RAIN - A TRIBUTE TO THE BEATLES (November 27 - 29, 2010; tickets for Friday/Saturday evening shows and Saturday and Sunday matinees range from $60-$38; all other shows are $55-$33). NETworks Presentation of DISNEY'S BEAUTY & THE BEAST opens its national tour at PPAC (February 9 - 14, 2010; tickets for Friday/Saturday evening shows and Saturday and Sunday matinees are $63- $41; all other shows are $58- $36). The Series closes with the one-man show A BRONX TALE, starring Chazz Palminteri (April 16-18, 2010; tickets for Friday/Saturday evening shows and Saturday and Sunday matinees are $55- $33; all other shows are $50-$28). Please note that all tickets include a $3 per ticket restoration fee.

The Inskip Lexus Contemporary Classics Series is now on sale and offers a myriad of subscriber benefits and privileges. Patrons can purchase tickets at www.ppacri.org, by phone at (401) 421-ARTS (2787), or at 220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence with jut a $99.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve their series.

Tickets to individual shows from the Inskip Lexus Contemporary Classics Series will go on sale Monday, July 27. Summer Box Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 10A-3P and are in effect until Thursday, September 3. Regular Box Office hours resume Tuesday, September 8 and are Monday-Friday, 10A-5P; Saturday 10A-2P and through curtain time(s) on show days.

PPAC offers military discounts in person, by phone, and online for all performances; for further details, call (401) 421-ARTS. Discounted admission is available for groups of 20 or more.
