Michael Cerveris' character on the FOX series FRINGE, The Observer, will make a return appearance on the television thriller this Thursday, November 19th at 9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT. The Broadway favorite spoke to USA Today about his mysterious role, Cerveris remarked that;
Is he noticed on the streets, um, observing? "Having eyebrows is a great disguise for me," he told. "I try not to wear '60s-style blue suits and fedoras unless I'm trying to attract attention."

"Fringe" is a science fiction television series co-created by J. J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. The series premiered on September 9, 2008 on FOX. The sci-fi series centers around research scientist named Walter Bishop, his son Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson), and an FBI agent, Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) who brings them back together.
Cerveris is currently starring in Lincoln Center Theater production of IN THE NEXT ROOM or the vibrator play, a new play by Sarah Ruhl.
Michael Cerveris has starred on Broadway in The Who's Tommy, Titanic: The Musical, Assassins, Sweeney Todd, Cymbeline, Assasins and Hedda Gabler. He won the 2004 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical for his role as John Wilkes Booth in the revival of the Stephen Sondheim/ John Weidman musical Assassins.
He has appeared off-Broadway in The Apple Tree, King Lear, and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and Road Show at the Public Theater.
In addition to "Fringe" Cerveris has appeared on the television shows "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Quantum Leap" and the TV movie "The American Embassy"
