It's Thursday night, and that means that another one of our intrepid American Idol hopefuls has been voted out of the competition. Who's headed home? Find out now!

Ryan starts things off by checking in with Joshua, who's not feeling well. "When I stand up, I kind of black out a bit," Joshua explains. Dr. Seacrest's treatment isn't exactly medically sound, but it is darn cute - he plays a video from Twitter of some adorable Vietnamese schoolchildren holding up signs for Joshua.

First up to get their results are Joshua and BB Chez - I mean, Jessica. Both are safe, with Joshua offering hugs to everyone on the couch in what seems to be some sort of weird tactic to spread whatever's ailing him. If I were a contestant, I totally wouldn't get all touchy-feely with someone who said he's sick not even five minutes ago. Gross.

British import The Wanted sing their hit "Glad You Came" before Skylar, Colton, Hollie and DeAndre are all called center stage to find out their fate. DeAndre and Hollie are sent to the bottom three, sending Colton and Skylar back to safety.

Kellie Pickler then returns to the Idol stage for a performance of "Where's Tammy Wynette." It's a solid country song and she sings it well. I've always liked Kellie - whether she was acting with the whole "gee, I don't get it" thing or not, she brought some fun to the show - and she still brings tons of personality to her performances.

Phillip and Elise are the last to get their results, with Elise landing in the bottom three.

DeAndre is the one who'll have to sing for the judges' save tonight, and he chooses "Master Blaster" (Stevie Wonder). It's not his best, but it's good - I much prefer DeAndre's voice without all the falsetto.

Still, Jennifer tells him that they've opted not to use their save, but that she voted "yes."

I get the feeling that J-Lo, who gets weepy every Thursday, always wants to save the contestants. She seems really horrible at giving bad news and looks sadder than DeAndre, who makes a composed exit. Did your favorites make the cut this week? Tune in next week as the top seven vie for the title!
