MATILDA THE MUSICAL Announces Rush Policy

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, is currently in previews at Broadway's Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). The show has just announced its rush policy effective immediately: $27 student rush tickets for MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be available for Monday through Thursday performances (excluding Thursday, March 28 and Thursday, April 11, 2013). Dee Dee Bridgewater Set to Play 'Billie Holiday' LADY DAY; Opens 9/26

Tony and multiple Grammy Award-winner Dee Dee Bridgewater will star as one of the world's incomparable and legendary jazz artists --- Billie Holiday, in the celebrated musical 'Lady Day' opening Thursday, September 26th (6:30PM) at Times Square's Little Shubert Theatre (422 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). Written and directed by Stephen Stahl, the musical will make its New York debut having been produced at the Theatre de Boulogne-Billancourt and Theatre du Gymnase Marie Bell in Paris as well as The Donmar Warehouse and The Piccadilly Theatre in London, where it received critical praise and garnered an Olivier 'Best Actress in a Musical' Award nomination for Ms. Bridgewater. Produced by Misty Road Productions the show's creative team also includes three-time Emmy Award winning composer & arranger Bill Jolly, who will serve as musical director. BC/EFA Announces $20 Rush Tickets for BROADWAY BACKWARDS at the Palace - Star Studded Cast Performs Tonight!

An extremely limited number of $20 rush tickets to this year's star-studded BROADWAY BACKWARDS will be released for sale at 6:30 PM Monday, March 18, 2013. The rush tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Palace Theater (1564 Broadway). They will not be available at the box office.
