Based on user demand, BWW is taking our commitment to arts education one step further with the launch of the BWW Student Center - High School Edition. This directory features upcoming show listings for more than 1500 high schools nationwide with more being added each week. Schools can register for 'enhanced' listings on the site - adding in photos, cast lists, videos, links and more. Productions that take advantage of this will receive highlights on our listing pages, extra editorial mentions and potential spotlight features.

And just like we do with our College Center, each week BWW will be selecting a high-school program and featuring it as our 'School in the Spotlight: High-School Edition'.

Today, BWW is thrilled to announce that the Drama Department at West Fargo High School has been selected for this week's High School in the Spotlight! With over 1,300 students, West Fargo High School is one of the largest schools in North Dakota. Under the direction of teacher and director Adam Pankow, students of the Drama Department at West Fargo continue to put classroom knowledge and practical skills into ambitious stage productions during each school year. For years the students at West Fargo have been entertaining the community with yearly productions including 'Cinderella', 'Cats', 'The Pajama Game', 'Anything Goes', and 'West Side Story' as well as annual signature fundraising events (See photos of past shows here!)

Up next on the West Fargo stage is 'Les Miserables: School Edition' which will run from February 10-18. For tickets, click here.

In addition to its Drama Department, West Fargo High also offers students a chance to participate in choir and band activites. Check out their upcoming events here!

Of note is also the success that alumni of the school have achieved and one particular Broadway connection: Jan Maxwell, star of Broadway's FOLLIES and four-time Tony Award nominee, graduated from West Fargo in 1974!
