Hartford Stage Education Department Presents Free Performance by Teenagers, 6/5

What: Twenty teenagers from Hartford, East Hartford, Windsor, Bloomfield, Mystic, Newington, New Britain, and East Haddam will present a free performance of Project: Transform on Sunday, June 5 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hartford Public Library Downtown Branch.
Project: Transform is a partnership between Hartford Stage and CREC, bringing together high school students from urban and suburban school districts to create and perform a devised piece of theatre under the guidance of artists Will Power and Justin Ellington. The original performance piece will explore the idea of transformation of minds, neighborhoods, and communities. Mr. Power is the 2010-2011 Aetna New Voices Fellow at Hartford Stage.
