Harold Sanditen's THOUGHTS 'ROUND MIDNIGHT Comes to Joslyn Center, 6/19

By:

Harold Sanditen will make a stop with "Thoughts 'Round Midnight" during his musical tour for one show only on June 19, 2011 at 2 PM, at the Arthur Newman Theatre at the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert following the success of this show in 2010 and 2011 in London, New York and Chicago. The Oklahoma born singer and actor has been living in London for the past decade performing and holding a seat on the Board of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts as Vice Chairman.
Making his Toronto, Los Angeles, San Diego and Palm Desert debuts, Harold's soulful and comic interpretations will explore those innermost thoughts we can all fall into late at night - loneliness, gratitude, fear, loss, joy, hopes, fantasies, lost opportunities, revelations, and even revenge - using the words and music of John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Billie Holliday, Thelonious Monk, Jay Leonhart, David Gates, Bob Dylan, Dorothy Fields, Antonio Carlos Jobin, John Bucchino, and Stephen Sondheim. Harold's vocal style covers the whole gamut, from jazz and Latin, to pop, ballads and show tunes.

Joining Harold will be acclaimed musical director Shelly Markham on piano. "Thought 'Round Midnight" is presented by Les Michaels' Life Is A Cabaret "Sundays In Summer" Series at The Arthur Newman Theatre located in The Joslyn Center, 73-750 Catalina Way in Palm Desert. Show time on Sunday afternoon, June 19th is 2 PM. Tickets are $10 cash only with doors opening at 1 PM and complimentary wine. Reservations may be made at 760-325-2731.
