HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO Cast Recording to Feature Broadway's Carey Anderson, Lori Hammel, Edward Juvier & More, 10/1

WonderWorks, Inc. has announced the October 1, 2012, release of a studio cast recording of HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO, an all-original, Halloween-themed musical revue with book, music, and lyrics by Jennifer Winegardner.

HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO is a hilarious, fast-paced musical revue chock full of terrifyingly brilliant satirical skits and songs about insecure monsters, obese vampires, candy cornaholics, feisty pumpkins, beauty-obsessed monstresses and more. It's an annual spooktacular event that will live on with this new studio cast recording.

HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO’s studio cast recording will feature vocals by Carey Anderson (Mamma Mia, Avenue Q), Elyse Beyer, James Donegan (Forbidden Broadway), Lori Hammel (Mamma Mia, 9 to 5), Jeff Horst, Edward Juvier (Disney’s Aladdin, Les Miserables), Leah Monzillo, Doug Shapiro (Disney’s Finding Nemo), Nikki Van Cassele (Cabaret), Jessica Wagner, and Jennifer Winegardner (The Awesome 80s Prom).

The recording will include musical direction, orchestrations and arrangements by Sarah Brett England. Gary Adler (Altar Boyz) is on piano, Don Cooksey & Vince Fay on bass, and Kory Grossman on percussion.

HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO made its debut simultaneously in New York City and Carbondale, Pennsylvania in 2010. Roy Sander, NY columnist & critic hailed it as "Entertaining, delightful silliness! Funny bones will be tickled!" The show will make its return to New York City this October. Los Angeles, Carbondale, PA and Longmont, Colorado productions are also in the works.

Jennifer Winegardner (book, music & lyrics) has been seen off-Broadway in The Awesome 80s Prom, Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding, Murder at Midnight and in three Broadway revivals with Musicals Tonight. She also writes and performs original children’s music with her husband, Bill, as Bubboon’s Tunes.
