Go Comedy! Gives Back And Gets Spooky For The Whole Family

On Sunday, October 25th Go Comedy! will team up with Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley to raise funds for families in need. The special fundraiser event opens at 7:00pm with the magic of Andrew Bennett followed by Ceyann Yates' one-woman show Tick-Tock. At 8:00pm, Go Comedy! will present a special performance of Soapbox Derby featuring special guests from Habitat for Humanity. The night rounds out with Go Comedy!'s original improvised rock opera Rock-o-Matic at 9pm and Elemenopy at 10pm. Tickets are $10 for the night with a portion of ticket sales going to benefit Habitat for Humanity and may be purchased online at www.gocomedy.net, at the Go Comedy! box office, or at the Habitat For Humanity ReStore located at 170 April Drive in Ann Arbor.

Thursday, October 29th is Go Comedy!'s monthly MARVIN night when the theatre sets out to bring laughter to the Detroit area's unemployed with its special pay-what-you-can evening. The Thursday night line-up includes the Go U! Improv Academy's original show Skit Happens at 8pm, Shim & D'Rothy at 9pm, and a special performance of Rock-o-Matic at 9:30pm.

On Halloween, Go Comedy! goes spooky for the whole family with its first ever All Star Showdown for Kids! The family-friendly version of the popular improvised game show will feature kid-friendly games, a costume contest, prizes, and devilishly good drink specials for kids. Kids tickets are $5 and kids OVER 18 are FREE.

Halloween night at Go Comedy! features regular performances of the All Star Showdown at 8pm (PG-13) and 10pm (unrated) with spooktacular prizes for audience members in costume.
