Garden Theatre Launches New User-Friendly Website

By:

With an anticipated increase in attendance for the 2011-12 season, the Garden Theatre in Winter Garden releases a brand new, fully revamped website to offer patrons increased functionality and resources.

The new website gardentheatre.org offers: Easier navigation, Increased resources, Easier ticketing purchasing, Better text readability, Photo galleries, and Archives.

With fewer required clicks, it is now much simpler to purchase tickets through the website. Patrons using the site can keep up-to-date by using the Facebook feed on the homepage. Photo galleries and archives provide visual detail of the theatre's past and present.

The site will also accommodate patrons of all ages with better text readability and higher contrast between text and background. For those visiting Winter Garden, an entire Plan Your Trip area of the site offers suggestions and information on local restaurants, lodging and things to do.

"We want the Garden Theatre experience to be enjoyable from beginning to end," said Alauna McMillen, General Manager of the Garden Theatre. "We hope patrons enjoy using the website as much as they do coming to the theatre."

The award-winning Crabtree Ink of Winter Garden completed the redesign on the site. The graphic design studio's other clientele include Walt Disney World Resort, Walmart and ESPN. Crabtree Ink has created print and design content for the Garden Theatre since its re-opening in 2008.

For more information and to visit the website, go to gardentheatre.org.

The theatre showcases an atmospheric theatre in a Mediterranean Revival style venue.
