TERMS & CONDITIONS

BroadwayWorld will require participants in the Sweeps (“Participants”) accept Official Rules by entering the Sweeps, and:

(a) The Official Rules shall expressly state that Omniverse Vision and The Broadway League are in no way involved in the creation, execution, administration, sponsorship, fulfillment or prize providing of the Sweeps; and,

(b) The Official Rules shall include Omniverse Vision and The Broadway League and their parents and affiliates as “Released Parties” so that Participants will be required to agree to release and hold Omniverse Vision and The Broadway League and their parents and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, to person or property, arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweeps, participation in any Sweeps-related activity or use of any prize won; and,

(c) Winners will receive their prize pack in two separate packages. Soundtracks will be mailed to their specified address.
