Donny and Marie Osmond's New CD Gets May 3 Release

According to Amazon.com, Donny and Marie Osmond's new CD, entitled Donny & Marie, is et for a May 3 release by MPCA.

Donny & Marie Osmond have reunited to record together again after 30 years with a much anticipated new album, produced by Buddy Cannon, best known for producing Kenny Chesney s hit albums. The songs will excite fans of their infectious style a little country and a little bit rock n roll . The album features songs written by Richie Sambora, Carole King and Kenneth Babyface Edmonds, Carole Bayer Sager, David Foster, Jeremy Lubbock, Richard Marx, Frank Myers, Gary Baker and Walt Aldridge, and performances by Richie Sambora and Gavin DeGraw.

Donny Osmond has already collected 18 gold records, eventually earning a grand total of 33 throughout his career, with sales of over 80 million albums. He was a special correspondent for Entertainment Tonight s coverage of Dancing With The Stars featuring his sister Marie, and he was the Dancing With The Stars Champion in 2009.

Marie Osmond is celebrating five decades in entertainment. She starred with Donny on the award winning Donnie and Marie musical-variety show, which received Emmy nods for the popular hosts. Marie has recorded numerous albums, with scores of chart-topping songs and gold records.
