DLC Summer Stage Presents JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, 8/4-13

Opening Thursday, August 4, DLC Summer Stage is pleased to announce their production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Performances will be held at the Drama Learning Center from August 4-13 (complete schedule is below). Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is directed and choreographed by Jason Kimmell with by music direction by Juliana Marin.
The Biblical saga of Joseph and his coat of many colors comes to vibrant life in this delightful musical parable. Joseph, his father's favorite son, is a boy blessed with prophetic dreams. When he is sold into slavery by his jealous brothers and taken to Egypt, Joseph endures a series of adventures in which his spirit and humanity are continually challenged. Set to an engaging cornucopia of musical styles, from country-western and calypso to bubble-gum pop and rock 'n' roll, this Old Testament tale emerges both timely and timeless.August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 at 7:30 pm
