Damage Control is about the glut of sex scandals in today's media...and the spin doctors who try to bury them. When a popular Christian televangelist is caught in a major sex scandal, the Jewish public relations man hired to whitewash the story thinks that the job will be an easy one...until a non-stop barrage of outrageous new details repeatedly threatens his cover up.The production team includes director Mark Waldrop (Bea Arthur on Broadway: Just Between Friends, 2002 Tony nomination for Unique Theatrical Event; When Pigs Fly, 1997 Drama Desk Award, Outer Critic's Circle Award, OBIE) and General Management by Brierpatch Productions (Laura Janik Cronin/Scott Newsome).
The industry reading will be produced at The Theatre at Sofia's, 221 West 46th Street today, October 15th at 1:30pm – ONE PRESENTATION ONLY. For more information, contact DamageControl@BrierpatchProductions.com.
