Off-Broadway's Gotham Stage Company will present their 3rd annual performance gala, A NIGHT IN GOTHAM III on Monday February 27th, 2012 at Ars Nova (511 W 54th Street, NYC).

The evening will include Musical Performances by Tony Nominee Constantine Maroulis (Rock of Ages, Jekyll and Hyde '13), Ethan Lipton (No Place to Go), Bridget Everett (Our Hit Parade), Betsy Werbel (Wicked), Kimberly Stern (Becoming Adele), Mark Price (Mary Poppins), Julia Haubner Smith (Les Miserables), Lindsay Northern (Wicked), Jared Bradshaw (Jersey Boys), and Joe Ricci (A View From a Bridge). Also short play sketches by Resident Playwright Randall David Cook will also be performed by a troupe of Gotham actors. The performance is being directed by Wes Grantom.

Gotham Stage Company is a 501(c)(3) not for profit Off-Broadway theatre company dedicated to the development and production of new American plays. Previous productions include Sake with the Haiku Geisha at The Perry Street Theatre, Becoming Adele at Theatre Row, and Fate's Imagination at The Players Theatre. Gotham hosts the annual BarnStorm Artists' Retreat in the Catskills each Fall, where new ideas and early pages are incubated and developed for future development. Gotham also produces the SPRINGboard New Works Reading Series at The Players Club each Spring. Playwrights previously produced or who have had projects developed at Gotham include Randall David Cook, Ethan Lipton, Eric Houston, Carrie Barrett, and Sara Farrington. Gotham Stage Company is led by Michael Barra, Producing Artistic Director, and Julia Haubner Smith, Co-Artistic Director.

A Night in Gotham is the only annual benefit held to support the operating fund of Gotham Stage Company. The event is comprised of musical performances by a group of Gotham Stage Company members and friends, and original short plays performed by a troupe of actors from within Gotham Stage's membership.
