In this romantic comedy, a down-on-her-luck public relations executive uses her media savvy to generate some excitement in a small Montana town. The movie airs on Lifetime on Saturday, December 5.

Beginning tomorrow, December 5, The Celebrity SkiFest is returning to Deer Valley Resort, as the resort kicks off the winter season with the invitational event on December 5 and 6. For the event, olympic ski legends will be paired with television and film celebrities as they compete in giant slalom races on Birdseye run. Stage and screen favorite Hank Azaria, will be honored with an Artivist Award along with fellow thespian Olivia Wilde (House) and producer Stephen Nemeth. The Artivist Awards are presented at the Artivist Film Festival, which, now it its 6th year, has screened 45 independent, narratives, documentaries, shorts, and experimental films from around the world. The awards recognize activist efforts of filmmakers, specifically in the areas of human rights, child advocacy, environmental preservation, and animal rights. Artivist Awards will take place at a ceremony on December 5 at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

Charles Busch Leads THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS with The Chelsea Symphony - 12/11/2009

The Chelsea Symphony has announced its Fourth Annual Winter Concert on Friday, December 11 at 8 PM, at St. Paul's Church. The program will feature actor/playwright and drag legend Charles Busch in Aaron Dai's holiday favorite, the Night Before Christmas, following a tradition of celebrated guest narrators: Ana Gasteyer, David Hyde Pierce and Richard Kind. New York Times lauded flautist Jesse Schiffman will perform Mozart's First Flute Concerto and the program will be rounded out with the overture to the Marriage of Figaro and the Nutcracker Suite. The concert will be performed without intermission and will feature four conductors rotating from positions within the orchestra to the podium and back: Music Director Miguel Campos Neto, Ankush Kumar Bahl, Kyunghun Kim and Mark Seto.
